ERP Implementation Consultant

Kforce is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant in Baltimore, MD. This role involves leading a strategic overhaul of financial operations by reconfiguring and enhancing an ERP platform across key functional areas like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, and Grant Management. The consultant will improve automation, compliance, and reporting, redesign workflows, and produce comprehensive documentation for long-term efficiency and scalability. This hands-on position requires strong leadership and execution from assessment through deployment.

Must Have

• Lead strategic overhaul of financial operations.

Summary: We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Financial Systems Optimization Consultant to lead a strategic overhaul of our financial operations. This role will focus on reconfiguring and enhancing our ERP platform across key functional areas-such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, and Grant Management-to improve automation, compliance, and reporting capabilities. The ERP Implementation Consultant will also redesign supporting workflows and produce comprehensive documentation to ensure long-term efficiency and scalability. This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership and execution skills from initial assessment through full deployment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in ERP optimization or re-implementation projects involving multiple financial modules
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance operations, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and grant-related activities
• Hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics GP, or similar systems
